This policy explains how Bruce Once, Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with Premier Homes, Real Estate Broker (325 East Westfield Ave., Roselle Park, NJ 07204), handles information you share on bruceonce.org.

What we collect

• Information you give us in a form, such as a tour request, contact form, or the Get Started questions: your name, phone number, email address, the town or home you ask about, your preferred time, your timeline or budget if you choose to share them, and any message you write.
• Your text-message choice. If a form offers the optional “Text me” checkbox, we record whether you checked it, when, the exact wording shown to you, and the page you were on.
• Basic technical details sent by your browser with a form: the page address, the time, and your browser type (user agent). Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and abuse and is not saved with your request.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Your browser may keep small settings, such as whether you closed a pop-up, on your own device.

Why we collect it

• To answer your request, for example to help set up a showing, send home information, or talk about buying, selling, or renting.
• To keep a record of your request and your contact preferences, including your text-message consent or opt-out.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by Bruce Once and Premier Homes. It is stored with service providers that run this website and our contact-management system (CRM) on our behalf, and they may use it only to provide those services. If you ask to tour a home listed by another brokerage, we may share your name and requested time with that listing brokerage only to arrange the showing. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Texting is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

Links to other sites

Some buttons open other websites, such as Zillow. Homes shown there are listed by other brokerages, and those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your choices and deletion requests
